Service Strategy
For the project, our company has established a project team and an after-sales service team to provide personalized and high-quality model design, production, and maintenance solutions. Based on the project characteristics and requirements of the model, the pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services of the model are as follows:
First pre-sales service
Actively cooperate with Party A in determining the plan, provide relevant materials and information to fully understand Party A's production concept, and cooperate with Party A in the production of samples and effect checks and suggestions.
Second sales service
During the production process of the model, we will make it carefully and strictly in accordance with the production schedule. The progress of the project and every problem that affects the effect encountered during the production will be reported to Party A in a timely manner after discussion by the project team and suggestions will be given. . The model production status is communicated to Party A in a 10-day cycle in the form of photos, and Party A is invited to participate in the phased acceptance meeting of the project in order to achieve healthy development of the progress and quality of the project. Our production team provides meticulous and rigorous high-quality services, allowing you to feel the ease and sense of accomplishment in the model production process. Make rectifications to the plan according to Party A’s acceptance requirements and meet the adjustment requirements within 3 days.
Third after-sales service
① The model is transported to the site for installation and debugging and detailed rules for the use of the model are provided to cooperate with Party A’s possible detailed adjustments.
② After receiving the notice from Party A, the after-sales service department will promptly respond to solve the problems reported and ensure that the normal display and display of the model will not be affected.
③ Actively cooperate with Party A in adjusting the planning plan so that the model can reflect the latest plan as soon as possible.
④ Carry out maintenance on the model once every three months, including dust removal, circuit safety inspection, troubleshooting, and rapid on-site repair, update and replacement of the relevant model units and local optical, electrical, water and other components.
⑤The sand table model has a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance. We will respond to Party A within 2 hours and arrive at the scene within 24 hours.
Fourth propose emergency plans for problems that may easily arise during transportation and installation.
1. Handle the model with care when transporting it to avoid collisions.
2. When the model is being transported, anti-collision foam should be laid in the transport vehicle, and the gap between the model and the vehicle wall should be clamped with wooden squares to prevent the model from shaking and bumping during emergency braking.
3. When the model is transported, an accompanying installer is provided who can take care of the model in the car.
4. Carry spare parts of the model. If the model is damaged, it can be repaired during installation.
5. If Party A’s sales office is not suitable for installation during the day, our company can install it at night. After installation, the ground should be cleaned to ensure that it does not affect the display of the model during the day.
